Maybe this is why we can’t have nice things? Or maybe the KFC toothpaste, inspired by the iconic fried chicken’s secret 11 herbs and spices recipe, is the nice thing?
In any case, in our first official food news post here at Eats and Sleeps, I wanted to share this piece of info. There is really (it’s not a joke!) a KFC toothpaste and electric toothbrush, thanks to a partnership with Hismile.
Honestly, I’m impressed. You can check out the official website page here, and even order some KFC toothpaste or an electric toothbrush. As you scroll down, you’ll see a fried chicken drumstick animation…because why not?! The toothpaste will set you back $13, and the electric toothbrush costs $59.
KFC Toothpaste & Toothbrush Sell Out
Both of these items are selling like hot cakes (or hot pieces of fried chicken?) and at the time of writing, has been “sold out.” Wow!
In an official press release, KFC and Hismile describes the toothpaste, stating:
Like biting into a hot, juicy piece of KFC Original Recipe Chicken, this toothpaste is irresistible, coating your teeth in flavor before leaving your mouth feeling fresh and clean.

I honestly don’t know how to feel about this, and how that would taste; but I am willing to give it a shot if we can get a hold of some. At least it appears that KFC and Hismile is excited about this venture.

While the toothpaste might taste a bit like fried chicken, it seems to have benefits as well. It’s real toothpaste! As per a description on the product’s website, the toothpaste features a “fluoride-free formula” and boasts “long-lasting oral health benefits.”
