Not everyone has money for expensive cuts of meat or truffle oils, so I’m just going to show you how to make something very, very tasty takes about 30 to 35 minutes, and it costs, I would say, about $2 to make! Yes, I am talking about our basic bone marrow and toast recipe, an awesome, cheap snack!
We use two packs of bone marrow (beef ones), a baking tray, baking paper, some olive oil, salt, and pepper. You do need an oven, of course. Preheat it to 180 degrees (Celsius) and get started. Last but not least, you should toast some white bread or brown bread if you really prefer that. We like the white bread here at Eats & Sleeps.
The bone marrow was cooked in the oven for 26 minutes. If you toast the bread in a toaster and cut it up, it should take roughly 30 minutes. If your bone marrow pieces are thicker than average, we suggest keeping them in the oven a bit longer.
