Crunchy Breakfast Bun ingredients

- Polony, sliced.
- Hamburger buns (white bread)
- Butter (salted)
- Cheddar cheese, freshly grated.
- Eggs.
Yes, we used standard polony as our meat, if we can call that meat!
How to make our Crunchy Breakfast Bun
It’s quite simple to make, but I failed on my first attempt with the eggs. Most normal home cooks won’t have a problem with doing the eggs though…I think my pan was just a bit too hot.
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add buns and toast them. Remove buns when golden brown.
- Do the polony slices to heat them up and give them a crisp. Add cheese and let it melt.
- Remove polony and cheese and add them to your buns.
- Add eggs to the same pan, no need to wash/wipe.
- Fry eggs to your liking, adding salt + pepper.
