It really is as simple as that. I love using garlic in my “potjiekos” and most types of curries and egg fried rice. There’s really a lot you can do with it.
You can store chopped garlic in an airtight container in a fridge for a few days. I do, however strongly recommend using it up quickly. The fresher, the better!
