Tsitrus Café Storms River Review

->

With a trip to Storms River Village in March 2024, we had to get breakfast somewhere, and we were too early for the famous Marilyn’s Diner. Opening at 09:00, we jumped on Tsitrus Café, and honestly, I’m glad Marilyn’s Diner was closed.

The Tsitrus Café Experience

We entered Tsitrus Café at exactly 08:00, laptops in hand, ready to use their free Wi-Fi for work and maybe some food. After finding a nice big table for our laptops, with a whole little art section, we connected to the free Wi-Fi and ordered some coffee.

Feeling a bit peckish, I ordered a Tramezzini with Mozzarella, Tomato, and Pesto, while the fiance ordered pancakes…because why not?

So, first off, I demolished the crispy Tramezzini since it was excellent, with homemade pesto as the star. The cheese was stringy and tasty, the tomato was fresh, and the pesto brought all the flavor one could want.

It’s a decent selection. We prefer smaller menus since the cooks can easily nail the items on offer.

Tsitrus Café Review Verdict

Don’t make the same mistake we did the first few times we were in Storms River Village and miss out. Go to the awesome restaurant and have a little taste.

Our breakfast experience at Tsitrus Café was great. We had access to WiFi to work, the waiter was friendly and allowed us to stay as long as we liked, and I still dream about that Tramezzini. We’ll return to test out more of their menu and maybe have some lunch in the future.
