Tiger’s Milk Camps Bay (Cape Town) Review

->

During our Cape Town trip in April 2024, we visited Tiger’s Milk for the first time. After all, we were in Camps Bay and built up quite the appetite walking around and exploring the beautiful beaches of this iconic Cape Town area. Let’s dig in and discuss how our dining experience went.

Tiger’s Milk Food & Beer Experience

First off, it is essential to note that we visited in April 2024 when construction was underway. That meant there was some noise, and not everything was perfect, but the fantastic waiter ensured we had the best time possible.

The craft beer, “Tiger’s Milk,” went down smoothly. My missus ordered some sides (image above) while I ordered the “Three Pigs” pizza and devoured half of it before my second beer arrived.

The pizza base was crispy, and the toppings were of the utmost quality. At Tiger’s Milk in Camps Bay, it was the first time I could smell a pizza as the waiter walked towards us, with the garlic and cheese aroma filling the air. It was worth the 35-minute wait time.

The only little issue was the music, which was quite loud inside the venue, and the manager seemed to just stand around in my way as I walked to the bathroom, which was a bit subpar, with a little leak in the toilet. This has probably been fixed by now, however, so give it a shot and let us know if the men’s bathroom is up to standards when you visit!

Tiger’s Milk Camps Bay Review Verdict

The food at Tiger’s Milk in Camps Bay leaves little to be desired, and the craft beer goes down so well that I had to force myself to stop drinking to save room for more pizza. While the bathroom does leave a bit to be desired, the overall experience was solid. I just hope the manager realized they don’t have to turn up the music that loudly, as it does distract a bit from the dining experience.
